Everything a music bot should do
Built for small servers and friend groups, with the features big bots keep behind premium.
Any song, any link
Type a song name or paste a YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or SoundCloud link.
Whole playlists
Paste a playlist or album and every song plays one after another, up to 200 at a time.
Autoplay & Mixes
When the queue ends, the bot keeps going with similar songs, like YouTube autoplay.
Loop, shuffle, seek
Repeat a song or the whole queue, shuffle it, jump to any time, remove songs.
Request channel
Pick a channel where people just type a song name and it plays. No command needed.
Doesn't give up
Rejoins by itself if it drops, and carries on from the same spot after a restart.
Clean audio
Plays YouTube's own Opus audio without re-encoding, so the quality stays as it is.
Free, for real
No premium tiers. If you like it you can chip in, but you never have to.

Questions
Is Music Bot really free?
Yes. There is no premium version. Every command works for everyone.
How do I add Music Bot to my Discord server?
Click Add to Discord, pick your server, join a voice channel and type /play with a song name or link.
Why does a song take a few seconds to start?
Each song is loaded right before it plays, one at a time. That keeps the bot light so it can stay free and online.
My YouTube Mix plays different songs than on YouTube. Why?
YouTube makes every Mix personally for the person watching, and reshuffles it each time. The bot can't see your account, so it gets a general Mix. To play exactly the list you see, use the Copy Mix button.
Can Music Bot play Spotify and Apple Music playlists?
Yes. Paste a Spotify or Apple Music song, album or playlist link into /play. The bot reads the song names and plays each song from YouTube. Now and then it may pick a different version (live, cover).
The bot isn't responding. What can I do?
Make sure you're in a voice channel and the bot can see and join it. If it still doesn't answer, wait a minute: it restarts itself after problems.
