Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
By adding Music Bot ("the bot") to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms.
Free, as it is
The bot is free and run by one person in their spare time. It is provided as it is, without any guarantee: it may sometimes be offline, slow, or unable to play a song, and features may change or stop.
Fair use
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Don't try to overload, break or misuse the bot, or use it to annoy other people.
- The bot may be removed from servers that misuse it.
Music and content
Songs are played from YouTube and other public services. All music belongs to its owners. The bot doesn't host or sell any music, and you are responsible for what you choose to play in your server.
Donations
Donations are voluntary gifts to help pay for running the bot. They don't buy any feature, service or priority, and they can't be refunded.
Liability
The developer isn't responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the bot, as far as the law allows.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The newest version is always on this page. Questions: contact the developer through GitHub.
